Refund and Return Policy

At Future Beats (Pty) Ltd, we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with confidence. This Refund and Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Returns
You may request a return within 2 calendar days of receiving your order.
Products must be:
Unused and in their original packaging,
In the same condition as received, and
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt).
Returns requested after 2 days will not be accepted unless the product is defective or falls under the Consumer Protection Act.
2. Cancellations (Before Delivery)
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched, subject to written notice sent to sales@futurebeats.co.za.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund within 7–10 business days.
If your order has already been dispatched, the standard return process (see Section 1) will apply, and shipping costs may be deducted.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using your original method of payment.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable (except where Future Beats supplied the wrong or defective item).
If you paid via EFT, you may be asked to provide your banking details for the refund.
4. Exchanges
Products may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
If the replacement item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference before dispatch.
Exchanges must be arranged within 2 days of delivery by contacting sales@futurebeats.co.za.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at sales@futurebeats.co.za.
Include a description of the issue and clear photos/videos where possible.
We will arrange inspection and, if confirmed, will either:
Replace the product at no extra cost,
Repair the product, or
Provide a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which entitles you to a remedy for defective or unsafe products.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, licensing, or safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective:
Opened or used audio equipment, headphones, or in-ear monitors
Software, digital downloads, or license keys
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Customized or special-order products
7. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Future Beats cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
8. How to Start a Return or Refund Request
Contact us at sales@futurebeats.co.za within the specified timeframes.
Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return/refund.
We will issue you with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization before you send the product back.
9. Governing Law
This Refund and Return Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (No. 68 of 2008).
